WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Currently we have instant eft option available only. We are working on adding more services soon.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Gift boxes can be returned if they are damaged or faulty. But we have a strict quality control procedure that adheres to a 'what you see is what you get' protocol and we make sure that we only send out perfect boxes. Party boxes cannot be returned as these are sourced and customised per client, but all your details of what's included will be shared and signed off with you before we curate the box.
HOW DO I ORDER A PARTY BOX?
You let us know the occasion, the theme / colour scheme and we will design bespoke party boxes just for you. Have a budget in mind, let us know so that we can make sure we don't get carried away.
HOW DOES DELIVERY WORK?
We send out all our boxes with our preferred courier suppliers at a flat rate of R80 per box anywhere within SA. Orders over R2000 are delivered for free.
